Launched in the USA in May 2003, LinkedIn became available to users in a range of countries outside the U.S. in the spring of 2004.

LinkedIn provides a platform for professionals across various industries and professions to connect, share knowledge and experiences, search for jobs, and build networks. Users can create profiles that function as online resumes, and they can also share posts, articles, and other types of content to showcase their expertise and build their personal brand.
