Lesson 04: What Are Your Success Stories?

Education and experience are certainly important to highlight as a job seeker. But what sets you apart from other talented people? Does everything thrive around you? Do you make things happen? Are you good at finding smart solutions when problems arise? What do you answer when asked: What are your strengths? What are you good at? Why should we hire you? Can you tell us a success story? Too many people answer “…Uhhh” to the last question. Make sure you are prepared for such questions and have several stories ready. These questions will come. Guaranteed! It can feel a bit awkward for many to promote themselves, but it is necessary to be aware of what can distinguish you from the other good candidates you are competing with.
